  6. The textfield class allows you create an area on
  7. your screen for text entry.  The class supports a
  8. number of features including unlimited or limited
  9. text entry, specifying the font to use, specifying
  10. the colors for different parts (text, background,
  11. and lines), two types of borders (with option to
  12. invert the borders for a total of 4 types of
  13. borders) or no border, text left/center/right
  14. alignment, vertical centering, and many other
  15. options.

  17. Version 3.0 continues to improve the ease of use
  18. with double-clicking to mark words, SHIFT-click-
  19. ing to extend-select, TAB to spaces option, and
  20. a new function for programmers to easily get a
  21. handle on the gadget's copyright and version
  22. information.  
  23.  
  24. Version 3.1 fixes: starting to highlight was
  25. slow, speed increased a bit, alignment problems
  26. fixed, autoinit/autoterm function enhanced.
